Gated Community On Road Project On Chengalpat

The Heritage City project, spanning an area of 8.5 acres, is situated along the Chengalpattu-Kancheepuram road, near the Road Palur. The project comprises commercial plots ranging from 30 to 40 units, totaling 200 plots. The commercial plots are priced at Rs. 3500/- each, while the residential plots are priced at Rs. 2300/- each. The project is scheduled for launch in February. To date, we have secured 15 units of the commercial category. The Heritage City project has received approval from the DTCP RERA. The minimum floor area is 600 sq. ft., while the maximum floor area is 2400 sq. ft
